WhatsApp Feature Allows to Play Youtube Videos Directly from the App

Isn’t it annoying when you open WhatsApp conversation, click on the video and it opens Youtube app to play that video? WhatsApp is now working with Youtube to solve this problem. New WhatsApp feature plays Youtube videos from within the app.

Currently, when a user taps on Youtube video from inside the app, Youtube app pops up which takes over the display. This process stops you from watching videos back-to-back and wastes time.

WhatsApp Update Functionality

Pretty much similar to Facebook, the update allows you to watch video while conversing. When you will click on the link, a video pop up will open up at the left corner of your screen. It will allow allow users to multitask; watch video while conversing.

Moreover, you can drag the pop up around your screen and place it where ever you want. The aesthetic feature will allow you choose a screen of your size; you can reduce it; you can increase it up-to the size of your screen. After the launch, users would be able to view picture-in-picture mode from within the app.

WABetaInfo broke the news, which states that its a hidden feature in the latest version of WhatsApp for iOS. Moreover, it will launch once its ready.
In addition, the feature only comes iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, told WABetaInfo. As a matter of fact, only these phones have big enough screen which will allow the feature to work smoothly. However, there’s no news that the feature would be also available for Android.

Furthermore, WhatsApp recently introduced many features. Features like file sharing, a desktop-app and two-Step verification feature have been noted by Techmash.
